In short. When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and what you are looking for — nothing more. We use it to answer you. If you decide to take a project forward, we pass on what that project's promoter needs to register your visit. We never sell or rent enquiry data. An enquiry that does not lead to a transaction is deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Questions or complaints go to our Grievance Officer, Kinshuk Kumar, at kinshuk@kcrealty.in.
Who we are
KC Realty (KiloCharlie Realty) is a sole proprietorship. The proprietor is Kinshuk Kumar.
We are a real estate agent registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, under section 9 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, registration no. RC/HARERA/GGM/4668/4263/2026/703. We are an agent. We are not the promoter or developer of any project described on this website.
Our office is at Seat No. 27, R-3 Second Floor, 90 IDC, MG Road, Sector 16, Mehrauli Gurugram Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122007.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through kcrealty.in, why, who we give it to, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here is unclear, write to our Grievance Officer and we will explain it.
What this website is
kcrealty.in is a set of static pages — a homepage and one dossier page for each project we track. To be accurate about what that means, as at the date of this policy:
- There are no user accounts, no logins and no passwords on this site.
- We run one analytics tool — Vercel Web Analytics, provided by the company that already hosts this site — so that we can see which pages are read and where our visitors arrived from. It sets no cookies and stores nothing at all on your device. It records the page you looked at, the site you came from, your browser, your device type, and the city your connection appears to come from. Vercel works that location out from your IP address, and uses the same address to build a short-lived marker so that one visit is not counted as several. It does not keep your IP address against the page view, and the marker is discarded after 24 hours.
- We run no advertising and no tracking pixels. Nothing we collect is used to recognise you on any other website. Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing we keep identifies you, there is still nothing for you to consent to on arrival, which is why you are not asked.
- Apart from those page counts, the only thing that tells us anything about you is the enquiry form. If you do not use it, we do not learn who you are.
What we collect
The enquiry form on the homepage
- Your name and phone number.
- Your budget range and the type of property you are looking for.
- Which page the enquiry came from, and the date and time.
The enquiry form on a project page
- Your name and phone number.
- Your email address, if you give one — this field is optional.
- The configuration you are interested in.
- Anything you type into the message box.
- Which project the enquiry relates to, which page it came from, and the date and time.
Collected automatically with a form submission
- Your IP address. The service that delivers our forms records the IP address a submission came from, and stores it with the submission. This is standard and is used to block abuse.
- A hidden anti-spam field. Every form contains a hidden field that you cannot see and should never fill in. Automated bots fill it in, which is how we identify and discard them. It collects nothing about you.
If you contact us directly
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we have whatever you choose to tell us, and the phone number or email address you used.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want passwords, bank account, credit card or debit card details, payment instrument details, health information, biometric information, or any government identity document. Those are the categories the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 treat as sensitive, and none of our forms asks for any of them.
Please do not send us sensitive information
The message box on a project page is free text, so it is possible to type things into it that we never asked for. Please do not put your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, salary slips or identity documents there. We do not need them to answer an enquiry, and we will never ask you for them through a form. If a booking ever reaches the stage where documents are genuinely required, they go to the promoter through the promoter's own process, not to us through this website.
If you send us something sensitive that we did not ask for, we will delete it from our records once we have dealt with your message.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To send you information about the project you asked about, and about comparable projects where that is useful.
- To arrange and accompany site visits.
- Where you decide to take a project forward, to register your visit with that project's promoter.
- To keep the records the law requires a registered real estate agent to keep.
We do not use your information for anything else. If we ever want to, we will ask you first.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your information.
- We never pass it to a data broker, a lead-selling network or a list.
- We never use it to advertise to you elsewhere, and we do not build advertising profiles.
- We never share it with other developers so that they can market to you unprompted.
Passing your enquiry to the promoter of a project you have decided to take forward is a different thing, and it is set out next.
Who we share it with
The promoter of a project you take forward
If you decide to take a project forward — typically when a site visit is arranged, or when a booking is being discussed — we pass the details that project's promoter needs to register your visit against us: normally your name, phone number, email address and the configuration you are interested in. This is how broking works. The promoter needs to know who is visiting, and the introduction has to be recorded against us for us to be paid for it.
We do not do this for a general enquiry that goes no further, and we do not share your free-text message unless it contains a question only the promoter can answer.
If you would rather we did not pass your details on, tell us and we will keep the conversation with us and share only what you approve. Some promoters will not permit a site visit without prior registration, so in that case a visit may not be possible.
Once a promoter has your details they hold and use them on their own account, under their own privacy policy, and their sales teams may contact you directly. We cannot recall that, and we cannot delete it from their systems for you. If you want your details removed from a promoter's records you have to ask that promoter, and we will tell you who to write to.
Another agent, where a deal is joint
Some transactions are handled jointly with another registered agent. Where that happens we share the same limited set of details with that agent, for the same purpose, and we will tell you that your enquiry is being handled jointly.
The Authority
Our registration certificate as a real estate agent, issued by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, carries a condition requiring us to submit to the Authority details of the transactions we enter into during a quarter, within 15 days of the end of that quarter. So if we broker a transaction for you, details of that transaction are reported to HARERA Gurugram. This is a reporting condition on our registration. It is not what determines how long we keep your information, and it does not apply to an enquiry that never became a transaction.
Our service providers
Two providers necessarily handle information from this website. They are named in the next section.
Government agencies and legal process
We will disclose information where we are required to by law — to a government agency authorised under law and making a written request stating its purpose, or under an order of a court or tribunal. We do not volunteer your information to anyone.
Where your information is stored
Some of the services this website depends on are based outside India, which means information you submit is stored outside India:
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) receives our enquiry forms. It emails each submission to us and also stores a copy in our account on its servers, together with the IP address the submission came from. It does not use your information for its own purposes.
- Vercel (Vercel, Inc., United States) hosts this website, so it necessarily processes the traffic to it.
We transfer your information to these providers only so that we can answer your enquiry, which is the purpose you gave it to us for, and we use providers that undertake to protect it to the standard required of us. From 2027, when the transfer provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 come into force, transfers will additionally be subject to any restrictions the Central Government notifies.
Our own mailbox and working records are held in India.
Third parties on this website
Google Fonts
Our pages load four typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve a font, Google receives the IP address of the device requesting it. This happens on every page, whether or not you send us an enquiry, and it is the only content in our pages that is loaded from a domain other than our own. Google's handling of that request is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Our pages link to WhatsApp so that you can message us. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you click the link and choose to send a message. Once you do, that conversation is on WhatsApp's platform and subject to its terms. We use WhatsApp to talk to clients because clients prefer it; the conversation sits on your phone and ours.
Our footer links to our Instagram page. It is an ordinary outbound link — there is no Instagram pixel, embed or tracker on this site, and nothing about you is sent to Instagram unless you click it.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. Vercel already hosts this site, so this is not a new company receiving your information — it is the same one described under Server logs below, doing one more thing with what it already sees. The analytics script is served from our own domain, sets no cookies, and writes nothing to your device. Vercel uses your IP address to work out an approximate location, and to build a short-lived marker so that a single visit is not counted as several; it does not store the address against the page view, and it discards the marker after 24 hours. Vercel states that it does not collect identifiers that would allow a visitor to be tracked across other websites or applications. What reaches our dashboard is a count — pages, referring sites, locations, browsers, device types — and never a person.
Server logs
Like any website, this one is served by a host that keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses. We do not use those logs to identify visitors and we do not combine them with enquiry data.
How we protect your information
- The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit.
- Enquiries arrive in a business mailbox protected by a strong password and two-factor authentication, and a copy sits in our Formspree account, which is protected the same way.
- Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you. Today that is a very short list.
- We do not keep enquiry data on personal devices beyond what is needed to respond, and devices we use are password-locked.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise that ours is. If a breach occurs that affects your information, we will tell you and report it to CERT-In as required.
How long we keep your information
We do not keep enquiry information indefinitely.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction. We delete them 12 months after our last contact with you, and in no case do we keep them beyond 24 months — unless a complaint, claim or proceeding involving you is live or reasonably expected, in which case we keep what relates to it until that is finally resolved.
- Transactions we broker. Where your information forms part of our books of account, records and documents, Rule 13 of the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 requires us to maintain them in accordance with income-tax law. Under rule 46(9) of the Income-tax Rules, 2026 that period is seven tax years from the end of the relevant tax year. If an assessment for a year is reopened, we keep that year's records until those proceedings and any appeal are finally over. We are registered under GST. Where we have issued you a tax invoice for our services, section 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 requires us to keep that invoice and the related accounting records — including the particulars rule 46 puts on an invoice, such as your name and address — for 72 months from the due date of the GST annual return for the financial year concerned. That due date is 31 December following the end of that year, so records for a supply made in 2025-26 are kept until 31 December 2032. Where those particular records are the subject of an appeal, other proceedings or an investigation, we keep them until a year after that is finally disposed of, if later.
Both of those obligations reach our books — transaction files, commission records, invoices and the accounts themselves. Neither reaches an enquiry that never led to a transaction or an invoice. If that is all we hold about you, there is nothing stopping us deleting it, and we will.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and for an enquiry that did not lead to a transaction we will simply do it. You do not have to give a reason.
The one exception is information that forms part of the records described above, where a transaction was actually brokered. We cannot delete those while the law requires us to keep them. If that applies to your request we will tell you which obligation applies and for how long — and we will still do everything else: stop using those records for any purpose other than the legal one, take you off all follow-up immediately, and delete them as soon as the period ends.
We would rather say this plainly than promise deletion we cannot deliver.
Your choices
You do not have to give us anything
The enquiry form is the only thing on this site that collects information, and using it is entirely up to you. You can read every page without telling us anything. If you would rather not use the form, call or WhatsApp us instead.
You can stop us contacting you
Tell us, by any route you like, and we will stop — and stop passing your details to anyone. Records we are required by law to keep still stay, as described above, but they are not used to contact you.
You can see and correct what you gave us
Write to our Grievance Officer and we will tell you what we hold and correct anything that is wrong.
What changes in 2027
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules under it give individuals statutory rights of access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. Most of those provisions commence in 2027. We are not waiting for the deadline — the choices above are available now, as a matter of practice. When the statutory rights commence we will update this policy to reflect them.
No profiling, no automated decisions
We do not profile you, score you, or make any decision about you by automated means. A person reads every enquiry.
Calls, messages and follow-up
When you send an enquiry you are asking us to get in touch, and we will — by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever suits. If you tell us to stop, we stop.
We do not run bulk SMS or automated calling campaigns. If we ever do, it will be through the registered route that telecom regulation requires, with consent taken properly, and this policy will say so. We do not rely on any waiver of your Do Not Disturb registration buried in a form.
Children
This website is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell our Grievance Officer and we will delete it.

Write here with any question, concern or complaint about how we have handled your information, and to ask to see, correct or delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Tell us what happened, the phone number or email address you used, and roughly when.
We will acknowledge your message and resolve it as quickly as we can, and in any event within one month of receiving it. One month is the outer limit the law sets for a privacy grievance, not our target — the 24-hour response time we advertise elsewhere on this site is for property enquiries, and in practice we answer these just as quickly.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information — a new service provider, a new purpose — we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you directly rather than leaving you to notice.
In September 2026 we added a single analytics tool, Vercel Web Analytics, so that we could see which pages are read. It sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you, so it did not change what we ask of you or what we hold about you. Before that change this site ran no analytics at all.
